About the project
Towards the principle: Customer satisfaction is the success of the business, Mobiphone always focuses on the spiritual life of the customer service team.
In order to inspire and improve employees' capacity, Mobiphone cooperated with Skylark Communications to organize the first training seminar of the year - "MobiFone Inspiring Day - Understanding Customers - Receiving Ten Thousand Beliefs".
Not only a dry tutorial session, the workshop also brought many exciting team building activities and games. From there, it created excitement for employees and helped them absorb training messages in a more exciting and comfortable way.
