About the project

Launching \"Homie - Mixed Noodle Salad\" - instant noodles for people with a healthy & balanced lifestyle, Acecook Vietnam expects a pitch that attracts the attention of a large number of users.

In order to reach and collect feedback from users about the new product line, Skylark Communications supports Acecook Vietnam to plan to distribute trial products through digital channels.

Initially, target customers will have access to the program thanks to media articles posted by micro-influencers. At this stage, they will also be called to fill out a form to receive a free sample. Information will be stored and managed through the CRM system. Thanks to that, the telemarketing team can easily confirm, answer questions and send products to the place. At the end of the chain of activities, customers can contact, ask for opinions and feel after experiencing the product.
